To return or exchange your preferred order, you'll have 15 days from the date of purchase. Any item returned after 15 days will not be taken. The item must be returned in the original packaging and form and the best condition, undamaged. All refunds will acquire a 10% reconditioning fee. This cost does not apply to size exchanges of the same style. If you wish to exchange a product, please confirm the style, color and size on the return form along with the reason for return. Items listed as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase can't be returned for a refund or replaced, but exchange for a different size of the related style and color, based on availability.

Once we receive the exchanged or returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.
